Look out upon the greens and blues of the archipelago from the Terrace of the Foreign Gods and visit the lost Sacred Lake -- which stands today dry - and where it is said that once swans and geese of Apollo frolicked.Time on Delos is forever frozen, and this tour offers the rare opportunity to stroll in the footsteps of the ancient Greek gods. Please Note: Vehicles available for this tour accommodate groups of up to 47 guests maximum. The narrow passageways of Mykonos are a twisted maze of whitewashed houses, miniature churches, lazy windmills, and tiny cafes serving up Greek specialties. Sample the freshest squid or lobster just snatched from the blue Aegean Sea, or shop for typical flokati rugs.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sensible, flat-soled walking shoes. Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses are also recommended as it can get very hot on Delos. Please have your knees and shoulders covered if visiting a religious site.
