The primary objective of this purchased product is to provide a guided tour, and not the transportation. The tour package includes a spacious rental car, provided by our company, AparTrip SL. This rental car comes with comprehensive and all-risk insurance, diesel fuel, and covers all expenses required to reach the tourist destination without any extra charges. Our tour guide, who also acts as the driver, will be responsible for offering insights about the selected destination. Additionally, if desired, they will ensure to provide explanations about all the landscapes encountered along the journey.

***ALHAMBRA TOUR***: If you have a specific start time in mind for your tour, please inform our supplier as soon as possible and they will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind, however, that the start time may be subject to change depending on the Nasrid Palaces appointment time provided by the administration of Alhambra, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you have not received an email informing you of the tour start time four days prior to your scheduled tour, please contact the tour supplier. Please note that the starting time printed on your voucher is only an approximation, and the exact start time will be communicated to you via email or SMS. To ensure that you receive timely updates, please provide a valid phone number in case the tour supplier needs to contact you regarding any changes to your tour that may be enforced by the Alhambra administration. Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises. Keep in mind that The Alhambra closes every December 25 and January 1, we will always assign the visit either for December 26 or for January 2. Once the tour is confirmed, the local tour operator will send you the appointment time as soon as possible

***Morocco Tour ***: A current valid passport is required on the day of travel This product is subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on inclement weather Ferry cancellations or delays are sometimes unrelated to our services. We must inform you that the service provided by the ferry is outside our agency, although we try to make it as comfortable as possible. In the event that during your visit the ferry cancels the return (something that happens very rarely) due to bad weather from Tangier, the ferry company will offer us the possibility of returning through another port near the city of Tangier, you must take into account that the return can be delayed from two to three hours from the usual return time. Our company will be in charge of guaranteeing you a meal and the transfer to this port of Tangier. Please check if you need a visa, take note that certain nationalities need to apply for an electronic visa before the trip.
