During this tour, you will discover the magic of Portuguese castles from the medieval to the romanticism period. Sintra is the starting point of this tour. One hundred km north of Sintra, our tour will reach Obidos, a charming medieval village within defense walls. Here you can taste the typical liqueur of the region, The “Ginja”, served in a chocolate cup. Obidos is the best example of medieval cities in Portugal. As we enter its walls, we go back in time, as we walk the ancient stone alleys, facing houses with their white-painted secular facades, the ever-active trade and the countless churches built over the centuries.
