High on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain, 50 km from Cape Town, lies the family-owned Delheim estate. Here the Sperling family has been making wines of character for many decades. Fairview is a working farm, - housing a collection of micro-businesses all sharing in a common goal – to create artisanal and sustainable produce, with a focus on fine wine and cheese. - We then head to the Drakenstein Prison known as the last prison where Nelson Mandela was freed from on the 11th of February 1990 after spending 2 years in Prison there. we will take some memorable photos of Nelson Mandela Monument - We then proceed to Franshoek for a Town orientation tour of approximately 30 minutes another moment for those Instagram photos.
