Your Skyrail experience takes you over and through ancient tropical rainforest, and includes time at two rainforest mid-stations. At Skyrail's Red Peak Station, knowledgeable rangers will provide complimentary guided boardwalk tours every 20 minutes. While at Barron Falls Station you can see the mighty Barron Falls up close and visit the Rainforest Interpretation Center. Whether you want to take in the panoramic vistas from lookouts, stroll among the historical displays, or visit the Rainforest Interpretation Center, you will leave each station knowing more than when you arrived.In the small village of Kuranda, you will find locally made arts, sparkling opals and even a didgeridoo or two in the markets. Treat yourself to a snack or refreshments at the cafes and restaurants in the rainforest village. After your time in Kuranda, you'll return to Smithfield via the Skyrail with a camera full of memories.
