You will marvel at the underwater world teeming with tropical fish.Discover Scuba is a half-day Barbados excursion course including an open-water dive. This introductory session is designed to provide individuals interested in diving a chance to try out the equipment in a supervised, confined water setting.Once comfortable underwater, divers are taught a few of the basic scuba skills in the pool to build confidence. Finally, divers complete their experience with an open-water dive. During this Barbados tour, travel to the dive site by boat (a two-minute drive) and spend the next hour getting in, getting comfortable, and getting under the sea! Then, you will simply gaze in awe at the colorful tropical fish and beautiful marine life all around you.Please note: A taxi ride (NOT included in the tour price above) is required to get from the pier to the starting location for your activity. This drive is approximately 10 minutes from the pier and costs about $4 US per individual. You will be returned to the cruise terminal at the end of the tour free of charge.
