Leaving early in the morning, a 4x4 jeep ride through the awakening city brings you to the desert where you start with a drive through the beautiful sand dunes. The morning trip of excitement and magic, as our experienced Safari Marshals will take you away from the busy city into a thrilling journey over the sand dunes deep inside the heart of Abu Dhabi desert. Try your hand at sand boarding on the powder soft dunes then take a few pictures at a camel farm. Continue the drive to our Desert campsite where you experience a short camel ride. Return with the memories of the Arabian Desert and the 4WD jeep will drop you back in your hotel or place of stay.

Abu Dhabi, the UAE’s capital with 1.5 million residents, welcomes cruise ships at Zayed Port, 5 kilometers from downtown. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, a 20-minute drive, accommodates 40,000 worshippers and features 82 domes and a 12-ton chandelier. Pickup will be in a 4x4 Land Cruiser on sharing basis with up to 6 people per land Cruiser from different hotels.
Children aged 4.99 years and under are not allowed to join the Tour.
Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight.
Guests visiting the UAE during the Summer months (June – September) are advised that peak daytime temperatures sometimes reach 42 – 45 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels can also exceed 90 percent during this period. We recommend all our guests to take adequate precaution.
The Abu Dhabi desert can get cooler in the evenings during winter, so we recommend you bring a light jacket and closed shoes. Please wear sports shoes for safe sand boarding.
The duration of the actual tour takes 3.5 - 4 hour but the driving time from Dubai hotel and return may take another 60 – 90 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day.
