In October 2025, the Sapphire Princess emerged from dry dock in Portland with major culinary additions. Makoto Ocean (an Edomae-style sushi concept) replaced the former Internet Cafe, and the Crown Grill steakhouse was relocated to the space previously held by the Savoy Dining Room. These changes align the ship’s dining offerings with the newer Sphere-class vessels.
