The 2022 MedallionClass modernization of Crown Princess was a significant shipwide upgrade focused on refreshing guest spaces and integrating advanced technology. Staterooms were updated with refreshed furnishings, new soft goods, improved lighting, and enhanced comfort features. Public spaces throughout the ship were upgraded with refreshed décor, new furniture, and layout refinements designed to improve guest flow and ambiance. The MedallionClass ecosystem was fully implemented, enabling personalized service, wearable medallions, and enhanced connectivity. Behind the scenes, IT infrastructure, hotel systems, and operational technology were upgraded to support real-time data services, reliability, and long-term performance.
