As the flagship of the Pinnacle Class, the Koningsdam received a technical and cosmetic refresh in early 2023. It was the first ship in the fleet to debut Starlink high-speed internet. While its structural design remains modern, the dry dock updated the World Stage technology and refreshed soft goods in the staterooms. It also frequently serves as the pilot ship for new entertainment programs, such as the "Welcome Aboard" show and the newly formed "The Dam Band."
