Learn to surf at the most famous location in the world - Waikiki Beach, Hawaii! In this small group lesson limited to only 4 people, you will receive extensive personal attention from a professional instructor.Your excursion starts with a 20-minute land lesson, where students learn proper water safety and etiquette, paddling technique, turning the surfboard, maneuvering over waves and positioning to stand up and ride your first wave. The rest of the time is spent in the water learning to stand and ride waves!Our surfing school is the premier operator in Hawaii, with a team of Lifeguards and CPR-trained instructors and safety guides, all totally dedicated to an enriched Hawaiian surfing experience, and to providing a great adventure for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced surfer.We provide all of the equipment necessary for the lesson: surfboard, rash guard lycras, and reef shoes. Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime thrill, surfing in Hawaii!Please Note: This tour departs from a surf shop, which is a 10-minute taxi ride (not included in the price of your tour) from the pier.
