What is the dress code for Sabor?

When enjoying Sabor, feel free to wear attire matching Royal Caribbean's 'smart casual' dress code. This will be slightly dressier than your standard dinner attire. As as example, consider collared shirts, dresses, skirts and blouses, or pantsuits. Jackets, sports coats and blazers are snazzy and welcomed.

Sabor Modern Mexican offers a selection of small plates that are truly incredible. Guests love the spicy beef empanadas, served with freshly grated tomato and garlic sauce. The fried chile calamari is also a popular option. It comes paired with jalapeno mayo and red mole. If you’re in the mood for some amazing tacos, Sabor Modern Mexican lets you choose from a delicious selection of proteins that come wrapped in house-made warm flour and corn tortillas. Go for the shredded beef short rib, spicy chicken, grilled cobia, succulent shrimp, or pulled pork — or mix and match a couple of each. And make sure you save room for an order of the restaurant’s famous cinnamon churros or sweet coconut flan. If you want to try one of the house drinks, ask for the Avocado Margarita, made with tequila, orange liqueur, avocado and lime juices, and served in a glass rimmed with Aleppo pepper and lime salt.
